First Annual Sharing Symposium – Communities for a Lifetime and the Dementia Care and Cure Initiative

May 1 - May 2

DCCI Sharing Symposium

The Florida Department of Elder Affairs is pleased to announce that it will convene its First Annual Sharing Symposium during Older Americans Month to assemble community leaders and partners across the Aging Network who are working to make Florida an Age-Friendly and Dementia-Caring state for older adults and their families. By sharing best practices, this event will provide a framework for collaborative partnerships with the state’s 11 Area Agencies on Aging, AARP’s network of Age-Friendly communities, existing Communities for a Lifetime, and Dementia Care and Cure Initiative task force groups. We would value your contributions to the symposium and hope that you will join us.
