Those with Alzheimer’s and Dementia at Greater Risk for Becoming Lost
June is Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month. Worldwide, 47 million people are living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. Studies have shown that 6 out 10 individuals with dementia will become lost. Family members or loved ones with Alzheimer’s or Dementia have a greater risk of going missing and there’s no better first step to take, than being prepared. Preserving their scent gives them a greater chance of being found safely. Please visit http://alz.org/abam to support the Alzheimer’s Association.
